OAR Legal Hotline This toll-free hotline connects brokers and office managers to an Ohio Association of REALTORS® staff attorney who can answer any type of legal question with regards to the real estate industry. This hotline is free unless a written opinion is needed, then a minimal $25 will be charged. Hotline can only be accessed by brokers and designated office managers.

The SUPRA electronic key tracking system reduces liability and saves time for agents. The system is serviced by the Stark County Association of REALTORS® from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. Authorized affiliate members (appraisers and inspectors) are permitted to lease a SUPRA key.
Multiple Listing Service – A data-sharing agreement between CRIS and NORMLS has enhanced MLS service in Northeast Ohio by providing members with increased coverage and better MLS functions through NEOHREX. Members also may access a statewide open house database. Take advantage of the system and create custom statistical reports and presentations for your clients and utilize several business forms.
Business Forms – The Stark County Association of REALTORS® has available for purchase the forms you need to do your business including purchase agreements (residential, commercial and vacant land) and state required forms (agency and property disclosure).
Ethical Conduct Enforcement – REALTORS® agree to practice real estate under the National Association of REALTORS® strict Code of Ethics to protect consumers and other real estate professionals. The Association’s Grievance and Professional Standards committees ensure members abide by the Code of Ethics as well as offering arbitration and ethics dispute resolution, which is needed to give credibility to clients.
